Board of Directors

The TSC Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing the management and operations of the club, ensuring that it is operating in accordance with its mission and values, and providing strategic guidance and direction. The board is typically composed of a group of elected or appointed members who have a vested interest in the success of the club and serve a term of one year, whereupon, new elections are held.

One of the primary functions of the Board of Directors is to provide strategic guidance and direction to the club. They are responsible for setting the club's goals, objectives, and priorities, and ensuring that they are aligned with the needs and interests of the membership. The board is also responsible for developing policies and procedures that support the club's mission and values.

The Board of Directors also plays a critical role in financial management. They oversee the club's budgeting process, monitor the club's financial performance, and make decisions regarding the allocation of resources. The board is responsible for ensuring that the club is financially sustainable and that it has the resources it needs to meet the needs of its membership.

In addition, the Board of Directors is responsible for managing risk and ensuring that the club is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. They oversee the development of policies and procedures related to legal and regulatory compliance, and ensure that the club is operating in a safe and responsible manner.

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

The Board of Directors oversees the Executive Committee and receives regular reports on the Club's operation and status.
